JimmyJo and the Jumbol'Ayuhs is based in Phippsburg. The Phippsburg Congo Church hosts a very popular 4th Saturday concert series and the two now collide as we're playing a Mardi Gras concert there this year. Well, it's been a while since Mardi Gras, but what the heck, we'll have lively music like you would hear in the dance halls of southwest Louisiana AND a Cajun gumbo to sample at the break, along with treats provided by the church... This will be a GREAT cabin fever reliever so come on out. Listen (or dance in the aisles) to Cajun two-steps and waltzes, blues, Zydeco numbers.. It's gonna be a fun time!!
